Acceleration of International Ambitions
Capital A has come on board to accelerate the international growth of QS Solutions and further explore European acquisition opportunities together. Paul Dols, CEO of QS Solutions, believes that attracting growth capital is an important step toward realizing QS Solutions’ ambitions: “We have been able to grow rapidly in recent years and establish QS Solutions internationally. We want to further accelerate this growth with our new partner.” The current management team retains a stake and will continue to expand QS Solutions in the coming years. In the past, the same team successfully sold DBS Business Solutions, a payroll, HR, and accounting tool, to Visma. Friso Janmaat, Managing Partner of Capital A, is pleased with the partnership with QS Solutions: “We believe in the market in which QS Solutions operates, have confidence in the management that has proven itself in the past, and can actively support the company in Europe with our buy-and-build expertise.”
