Dynamics 365 Marketing
Dynamics 365 Marketing is a marketing automation application. The application works in tandem with Dynamics 365 Sales (Dynamics CRM) and offers extensive Business Intelligence capabilities. The application can be used for the following activities:
- Design, send, and follow up on email campaigns With easily editable email templates and landing pages, you can create email content in a short time. The drag-and-drop functionality, similar to tools like MailChimp, allows you to personalize messages and score leads. All the essentials for marketing automation can be found in Dynamics 365 Marketing. Of course, it includes A/B testing to achieve the best possible results.
- Create interactive nurture flows with personalized touchpoints – customer journeys With the “drag-and-drop journey designer,” you can quickly create automated campaigns to send personalized emails and manage follow-ups. Ideal for organizing events, for instance. Set it up correctly once, and follow-up emails and calls are automatically scheduled. The results are easy to analyze with robust reports.
- Integration with LinkedIn With the acquisition of LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional social network, it has become logical for Microsoft to seek integration with Dynamics 365 wherever possible. Leads generated via LinkedIn are directly imported into Dynamics 365, allowing follow-ups to be scheduled. If a contact person changes roles or jobs, you will be notified immediately, keeping you on top of business opportunities.
- Lead scoring Lead scoring allows you to easily assign scores to certain actions or sequences of actions. This way, you can keep track of the ‘hot leads’ and identify which leads are ready to be handed over to sales.
- Create and follow up on surveys With quickly set-up surveys, you can gather feedback from prospects and customers. This provides insight into how participants rate an event or how users of the service desk experienced their interactions with your colleagues.
- Organize and follow up on events Organizing an event or webinar has never been easier. Sending invitations, tracking responses, placing interested parties on a waiting list, sending reminders, keeping track of which sessions people want to attend, printing badges with QR codes, sending reminders, arranging dinners, lunches, accommodations… You name it, you can do it with Dynamics 365 Marketing. You’re finally free from maintaining various Excel sheets with invitees, registrations, cancellations, no-shows, follow-ups, and so on. You can focus on the content.
